Life Tabernacle Church is an Apostolic-Pentecostal Assembly located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Our Purpose
Our purpose at Life Tabernacle is to “make disciples” of Jesus Christ. We do this through prayer, the Word, personal involvement, and fellowship. We encourage every individual to passionately follow, serve and grow in Christ.

The Mission
Life Tabernacle Church exists to glorify God by leading people to discover and embrace God’s purpose for every area of their lives. In that endeavor, we will Evangelize the sinner and Equip the Saints with the Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ, in the Spirit of Excellence with the Foundation of Biblical Truth, to the Glory of God.

What Do We Believe?

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God.

We believe there is only one true God who manifested himself as Father, Son and Holy Ghost, and that Jesus is the visible manifestation of that one true God (1 Timothy 3:16).

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, that he is fully God and man (Colossians 2:9), in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His atoning death on Calvary and in His bodily resurrection.

We believe that for the salvation of man, he must be born again (John 3:5-8) which includes genuine repentance (Acts 3:19; Mark 1:15), water baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38; 4:12; 8:16; 10:48; Colossians 2:12), receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4; 8:17; 19:5-6; 10:44-45; ).

We believe in dressing in modest apparel. (I Timothy 2:9-10; I Corinthians 11:14-15; Deuteronomy 22:5).

We believe in the rapture of the church for the born again believers, and the personal return of Jesus Christ with His church.

We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government. (Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11)
